Jubilee Clips celebrates yet another Graduation

Congratulations to Lewis Carter, an invaluable member of our Jubilee Clips’ maintenance team, who received a First Class Honours BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Greenwich on the 26th of July 2018.

Joint MD of Jubilee Clips, John Jennings, joined Lewis at the graduation ceremony and was among the first to congratulate him.

Lewis’ hard work over the last 5 years and has enabled him to apply the fundamentals of science and mathematics to create practical and useful workplace solutions to ensure Jubilee continues to produce quality clips using optimum and cost effective solutions.

Lewis was awarded his degree exactly a year after his colleague Charlie Nicholls received his degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology. Jubilee Clips’ investment in the further education of these two highly valued employees, as well the continued investment in its apprenticeship scheme shows Jubilee’s commitment to improving its staff’s skillset, which ultimately results in maintaining the highest quality standards in the manufacturing process of Jubilee Clips’ “finest hose clips in the world”.
